This is the voice message that MM left for an advocate. It had to be deciphered because he sounded like he had been drinking. He is showing a very predictable pattern of controlling behavior. He contacts advocates, yells at them, calls them names, and gets angry if you don’t answer when he calls. That too is another form of abuse. Treating fellow veterans in this manner is unacceptable and will no longer be tolerated.
